What the NAR Changes Mean for Buyers
Buyers now sign a written agreement with their agent before touring homes. Some sellers still offer to pay the buyer's agent and some don't. If a seller doesn't, my compensation may become part of your offer negotiation or your budget. We'll talk about this upfront, so there are no surprises.
